Ordering and Shipping

A resale number must be provided to place an order. Minimum for initial orders is $500.00 and minimum for reorders is $200.00.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. They may vary slightly based on availability and the current market value of stones and silver. Additionally, the size of each jewelry piece can influence its price.

If you have any questions, please contact your us. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Before shipping, we require a copy of the credit card authorization form. We ship using USPS, UPS Ground, and Air services. Unless you specify otherwise, ground shipping will be used. If delivery takes longer than three days, we will use 3 Day Ground Service. FedEx Express options are also available upon request.


Returns

At Balaam Design LLC your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it for an exchange or a full refund. Returns or exchanges must be made within 10 days and include a copy of the original invoice. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. A $15 service fee will be charged for any returned checks or COD payments.
